Ignite Strategies is led by Adam Cole, who has two decades of public affairs experience by means of his military service in the Navy. Adam graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s in journalism. He worked at a small newspaper in Florida but felt unfulfilled so joined the Navy in 2004, as an enlisted journalist. 

Adam would later commission as an officer and eventually join the public affairs ranks. In parallel to his military service, Adam founded a charity, Join the Journey, to help impoverished people in Haiti after the earthquake. Through that experience, Adam gained insights into Customer Relationship Management and developing campaigns that would lead to touched hearts who would donate to the cause.
